Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, contact our support team with your Order ID.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Special-order or customized parts.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
